If you uninstall the app
Your memories are kept for 90 days in case you come back. You get an email on day 1 and again on day 80 before anything is removed.
If you delete your account
Everything is permanently deleted within 30 days. There is no recovery after that window closes.
If you downgrade your plan
Every memory you have saved stays exactly as it is. A lower plan only reduces how much new capacity you have going forward — nothing already saved is ever removed.
Photos
Only a thumbnail is kept, and only until it's been processed. The original photo never leaves your device.
Exporting your data
A full export of everything you have saved is available on every plan, at any time, instantly — no waiting, no support ticket.
